Assisting Managing Director
HRINC Cambodia is seeking for a potential candidate with experience in Administration Management, and ability to work as Assisting Managing Director
for our client who is a well-known company. We would like to invite highly motivated and competent candidates to join our teams as:
Location: Phnom Penh
Responsibilities:
- To perform administrative and organizational concerns of the Managing Director
- To provide general support to the Managing Director in the project coordination & Management follow up
- To generate presentation creation for internal and external organizations
- To handle customer complaint in a professional manner with high standard of customer orientation, follow it with the concerned parties, and assure it is closed
- Coordinate and organize the schedule of the international visitors to the MD
- To book and arrange flight for the director
- Assist in staff recruitment if necessary
- Assist in preparing sale and marketing plan
- Prepare weekly and monthly report for the director
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Or other related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting top management
- Good command of English language
- Strong working ethic and professional manner
- Good Computer knowledge, internet & E-mail.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and flexible working hour
- Willing to travel to any missions where required
