Assistant Marketing Manager

HRINC Cambodia is seeking for a potential candidate with experience in Sale and Marketing Management, and ability to work as Assistant Marketing Managerfor our client who is a well-known company. We would like to invite highly motivated and competent candidates to join our teams as:

Job responsibilities

• Create, develop and manage the marketing strategy of the company
• Do market research to figure out the market requirements for all of the company’s existing and future products and services for the company
• Do analysis of all of the customer research, conditions in current market in their niche, and get information on the company’s competitors
• Watch over, review and do a report on all of the company’s marketing activities and the results of these activities.
• Check and report on competitor promotion, activities, ATL
• Check and control the promotion implemented is correct and the  information pass to trade
• Checking pricing by channel
• Propose and development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels
• Develop pricing strategy, liaison with media and advertising, and evaluate promotion result
• Reporting containing actionable recommendations and provide trade feedback on need
• Special event management

Job requirements

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
• Technical marketing skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevant product and industry knowledge
• Experience with relevant software applications
• 2-3 years related experiences
• Analytical skill
• Be passionate, proactive, a self-starter, commercially smart, dynamic, creative, and detail oriented
• Computer literacy
• English proficiency
