Assistant to Head of Marketing
HRINC Cambodia is seeking for a potential candidate with experience in Sale and Marketing management, and ability to work as Assistant to Head of Marketing for our client who is a well-known company. We would like to invite highly motivated and competent candidates to join our teams as:
Main Tasks:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, assemble and analyses data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain head of Marketing schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Interact with external clients
- Co-ordinate project-based work
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree graduating from business schools.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written in English and Khmer
