Human Resource Assistant

HRINC Cambodia is seeking for a potential candidate with experience in Administration or Human Resource Management, and ability to work as Human Resource Assistant for our client who is a well-known company. We would like to invite highly motivated and competent candidates to join our teams as:

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare employment contract for new joiner and revise employment contract for casual worker/staff.
  • Ensure all information and company policy are delivered to all staff.
  • Supervise staff activities to ensure all actions in compliance with policies in effectiveness.
  • Take part in the team of regulation for advice to staff and penal staff who is reverse performance for policies.
  • Ensure the staff attendant recorded properly.
  • Take part in the correction of staff implementation needed by other department.
  • Assist in preparation training course and staff development.
  • To communicate, coordinate with other department and the related institution.
  • Develop induction materials & conduct induction to new employees to ensure all staff members are familiarized with the company policies and procedures and align themselves with the company vision and culture.
  • Assist in formulating remuneration and rewards strategies/policies.
  • Assist in managing the employer brand to ensure that the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice.
  • Work closely with the HR Team to help deliver solutions that are relevant to the business needs and in line with HR Strategy.
  • Provide ideas, advice and support to facilitate the recruitment for the Zone Investors.
  • Ensure the information and records of employees are collected and filed properly, confidentially.
  • Other tasks are assigned by superior.

Qualifications/Experiences

  • Cambodian, Age 20 – 30.
  • A recognized decree of Business Administration.
  • Good writing & speaking in English.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
