PPR Assistant Manager

HRINC Cambodia is seeking for a potential candidate with experience in Sale and Marketing Management, and ability to work as PPR Assistant Managerfor our client who is a well-known company. We would like to invite highly motivated and competent candidates to join our teams as:

Location: Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing dealers via meetings, telephone calls and Email.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Visit Potential customer to capture new Sales opportunity.
  • Combine Sales, Ordering, Stock Situation, and After Sales Activities in Monthly Report and propose to manager once a month.
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Monitor competitor’s movement, market conditions and product development.
  • Liaise with suppliers on Sales and ordering activity.
  • Make proposal on Sales and after sales strategy and planning for the department to the Manager.
  • Assist Manager in making and managing the yearly budget.
  • Check Quality of product and service delivery to dealers and users.
  • Follow up payment until dealers or customer before goods delivery.
  • Hand all related jobs with Goods delivery to dealers after receive order and settle payment from dealers.


  • Bachelor degree in the related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in sale & marketing and other related field.
  • Experience of Sales Operations is an advantage.
  • Be able to write & speak English.
  • Strong working ethic and professional manner.
  • Good Computer knowledge, internet & E-mail.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel to province
