Shop Supervisor
HRINC Cambodia is seeking for a potential candidate with experience, and ability to work as Shop Supervisorfor our client who is a well-known company. We would like to invite highly motivated and competent candidates to join our teams as:
Location: Phnom Penh
Responsibilities:
- Maintain healthy and productive working relationships with existing customers and fellow employees
- Prepares monthly and weekly activity plans based on the company’s sales and marketing plan
- Recruits suitable replacement staff when necessary
- Develops and implements product training for new staff
- Ensure a smooth run of operation in the shop/showroom
- Ensure a good service recovery for customer
- Ensure documents are well proceeded
- Prepare weekly and monthly report for manager
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Or other related fields
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sale & marketing and other related field
- Sales operations experience is advantage
- Good command of English language
- Strong working ethic and professional manner
- Good Computer knowledge, internet & E-mail.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to travel to any missions where required
