Responsibilities
  • Develops, recommends and implements marketing strategies consistent with dept goals
  • Assess market positions and recommends product needs and changes necessary to meet sales and marketing objectives
  • Develops annual operational sales plans for the various product lines in line with business objectives. Responsible for preparation and achievement of annual sales and expense budget
  • Responsible for the establishment, appointment and development of a reliable and effective dealership network in Cambodia consistent with the Company’s overall business objectives
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing a professional relationship with principals, suppliers, dealers, customers and business associates through regular communications and visits
  • Reviews and evaluates performance to sales and profit objectives by product and sales person to make changes and take required action.
  • Submit and review regularly the sales activity forecast, prospect list and relevant reports to the Regional Director
  • Implement effective control mechanism in the organization to limit risk exposure and maximize resource utilization in close cooperation with the Regional Director and the Business Services head
  • Responsible for the management of the Technical Support team.  Exercise direct authority for planning, organising, control, integration of the technical support functions to ensure high standards of services to customers
  • Develops and maintains a sound plan of the Pumps Dept. Ensures that staff productivity and morale are at high levels. Evaluates performance of reporting staff members; participates in selection of key new staff members and ensure that staff skills development and training programs are in line with their job functions

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor in Engineering Degree / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales of Pumps to the residential, commercial and industrial market, preferably with at least 1 to 2 years in managerial capacity
  • Experience in managing a Sales and technical support team
  • Experiences in supply chain, logistics and handling of imports from abroad are a MUST.
  • Preferably, experience in developing and managing dealers/distributors
