• working experience at retail company or super market, hotel restaurant, restaurant
• Experience related to Retail Company (Super market) is preferred.
• Experience related to Hotel restaurant is also preferred.
• This is delicatessen department management position with rich knowledge of cooking field not for cooker technician itself position.

Job Responsibility:

• Management whole delicatessen department.
• Develop cooking menu for the customer.
• Develop and deal with the supplier to purchase food materials for the menu.
• Management sales figure and profit figure.
• Management to develop cooking operation and staff operation and education.
• Stock control
• Other duties will be assigned by your supervisor.

Job requirement

• Female or Male, Age 22 to 28 years old
• Good knowledge of Khmer and English in Speaking and Writing and able to speak
• Good in communication and interpersonal skill, teamwork
• Be able to work under pressure & hard working
• Good Health condition
• Computer Literature ( Basic of Microsoft Office), Power Point  & Internet/E-mail
• Other duties as assigned
