1. Maintain healthy and productive working relationships with existing customers and fellow employees
2. Prepares monthly and weekly activity plans based on the company’s sales and marketing plan
3. Recruits suitable replacement staff when necessary
4. Develops and implements product training for new staff
5. Ensure a smooth run of operation in the shop/showroom
6. Ensure a good service recovery for customer
7. Ensure documents are well proceeded
8. Prepare weekly and monthly report for manager
9. Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Or other related fields
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sale & marketing and other related field
3. Sales operations experience is advantage
4. Good command of English language
5. Strong working ethic and professional manner
6. Good Computer knowledge, internet & E-mail.
7. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
9. Willing to travel to any missions where required
