• Provide guidance and training to factory planners in implementing planning tool to new vendors
• Collect capacity data required for production scheduling tool from the vendors
• Ensure all POs are captured in the production scheduling tool
• Review the production schedule made by the vendor and ensure that vendor has sufficient capacity (minutes) to meet the weekly production demand
• Monitor the weekly production status sent by the vendor. Make necessary adjustment to efficiency and correct file information as necessary in order to maintain data integrity
• Highlight to vendors planning issues that need to be rectified to avoid potential capacity overbooking and production delay
• Follow up material status required for production to ensure orders will arrive in time to meet cutting plan
• Visit factories to verify production records match capacity plan information (non Thailand based staff)
• Report factory production status back to HK and regional office production team after factory visit

• Graduate in the qualifications
• At least 3 years Relevant experience
• Having experience in factory and production scheduling
• Computer knowledge in email and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
